What is your return policy?

Due to personal nature of our products and the safety measures required for fragrance items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Parfum purchases once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, we are committed to making it right. Please contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe of the expected delivery date and provide any relevant details, including photographs of damaged items when applicable.
