How long does my order take to ship?

At True Parfum, every fragrance is thoughtfully crafted to ensure exceptional quality and a scent experience that lives up to our name. Because each unique Parfum capsule is carefully prepared through our specialized creation process, orders require approximately 5-7 business days to ship. This time allows our artisans to meticulously blend, refine, and package each fragrance with the attention to detail it deserves. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create a truly distinctive Parfum made just for you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

True Parfum is proud to offer international shipping so fragrance lovers around the world can experience our carefully crafted creations. Please note that international delivery times may vary and can take longer than expected due to customs inspections, import processing, and local postal procedures within the destination country. While we work diligently to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, customs clearance is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide tracking information so you can follow your Parfum’s journey every step of the way.

What is your return policy? 

At True Parfum, the safety, integrity, and quality of our fragrances are our highest priorities. Due to personal nature of our products and the safety measures required for fragrance items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Parfum purchases once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, we are committed to making it right. Please contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe of the expected delivery date and provide any relevant details, including photographs of damaged items when applicable. Upon review, we will gladly arrange for a replacement of the affected item or provide reimbursement for the purchase amount. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing True Parfum.
